What is An overview of the 1-year guarantee coverage
The guarantee is valid if a licensed veterinarian verifies any of the following congenital conditions:
- Cardiac anomalies classified as level 4 or higher
- Congenital organ failure leading to mortality
- If there are additional congenital anomalies that result in fatal outcomes
What is not included
As a responsible breeder, we do not extend our guarantee to common, treatable, or environmental conditions:
- Commonly encountered disorders include patellar luxation, hernias, open fontanelles, low blood sugar, and parasitic infections.
- Natural variations like eye color, coat color, or adult weight
- Worms or parasites can resurface depending on the puppy’s changed environment.
- Veterinary invoices generated after the initial 3 days (72 hours) following arrival
Coverage for settlements and veterinary bills
In the initial 3 days (72 hours) following your puppy’s arrival, we will reimburse up to €300 for veterinary treatment costs. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 6 weeks to process. The guarantee is contingent upon having an active signed health contract, which you will receive electronically prior to delivery.
